On September 28th, beneficiaries of Social-Pedagogical Center “Compass” successfully finished three months’ intensive course on „Bar and Restaurant“ and got certified. They learned a lot of things, such as how to make non-alcohol cocktails, how to serve tables, various drinks and their origins.Trainer: “It’s very important for adolescents to have an information about HOREKA (Hotels, Restaurants, Café). Participants gained the skills needed for the waiters, and also are more informed customers knowing what means a high standard of service.
Graduate, a boy, 16 years old: “It was an interesting course for me. I learned a lot about the history of drinks. I made non-alcohol cocktails and it was a huge experience for me. I like Mojito and smoothies the most. I will use this experience in the future, share it with friends and will do some drinks for them.
